Set 2 Description
I created these to give practise with mental multiplication. Some can be worked out by separating the tens and units and multiplying them mentally; others can be worked out by rounding up or down; yet others can be worked out from already know tables, e.g. 16 times table is double the eight times table. The 20 and 50 times table are there to emphasize the fact that once children know their 2s and their 5s, they also know their 20s and 50s (very useful in using money). 15 and 25 times tables are also important ones. Set 2 consists of table games for 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s, 19s,, 20s, 21s, 22s, 23s, 24s, 25s and 50s. These games require a 1-12 polyhedral dice (not supplied, but I do suggest where they may be obtained).
